Evan’s Consulting Engineers Limited is a privately owned multi-disciplinary Consultancy, with strong prominence in Specialist Civils, Bridge & Viaduct, Geotechnical, Industrial and Temporary Works Services for both the Public Sector like Highways England and Network Rail and the Private Sector like developers but also individual domestic property owners, like house extensions.

With our highly technical design experience in the UK and around the globe we can accommodate your design and design management needs.

We are Middlands based although we perate throughout the UK, comprising 2 directors, 3 design engineers, 1 architect, 1 building surveyor and 3 CAD technicians. The engineers and directors collectively have over 150 years of design, design management and construction experience on some flagship projects in the UK and abroad, like; River Exe Viaduct strengthening, The Dubai Metro, Orwell Viaduct bearing replacement, Irwell Viaduct bearing replacement, Bidstone Moss Viaduct strengthening, Egnatia Odos, Attiki Odos and many other.

We consider ourselves boutique designers which produce extremely high quality deliverables, however at much smaller costs to your average large consultancy. Due to our low overheads structure we ensure designs are of the Highest Quality, Innovative, BIM Level 2 Ready and at the same time, Efficient, Expeditious and Economical which will impress your clients and maximise your profits.

We also have expert design capabilities in all types of pre-stressing, including external post-tensioning using our own developed software. We can accomodate the design and design check of any type and span balanced cantilever bridge.

We sponsor our own staff on the railway and assist our clients with site investigations and structural and inspections and inspections for assessments.

We represent and sub-contract a pool of highly skilled limited companies, with expert knowledge and skills on both consultancy and construction services, in infrastructure, highways, railways, industrial applications, building and health & safety.

The Company has been trading since 2012. It was created by Evan Vrysoulis, as a means of generating additional when he was employed by Tony Gee & Partners. Previously Evan was employed by WSAtkins and before that by SGI Ingenerie Sarl which had significant presence in Greece and was acting as the engineer to the Athens ring road in the 90s and was also responsible for many designs, including balanced cantilever bridge designs for the new motorway at the time "Egnatia Odos".
Evan has over 25 years of design and implementation experience of large scale public and private sector projects, including being the project manager of the check of the red line of the Dubai Metro with WSAtkins, tens of bridge and other infrastructure designs on the 600km motorway in northern Greece Egnatia Odos, design management of tens of tens of bridge and other infrastructure designs for the Athens ring road, Attiki Odos and significant railway experience in both asset management and acting as a Departmental Project Engineer for Network Rail.
Initially the company provided services to other consultancies, many times with Evan as the director outsourcing his services as a fire fighter services to projects that have gone wrong or to train younger engineers and providing specialist design services.
This was not best use of the 25 years of highly technical experience in major projects around that globe and the company is now trading directly with contractors and consultancies under the name Evan's Consulting Engineers Limited providing design, design management and investigation services.
The experience gained while outsourcing Evan Vrysoulis as the Company Director of the limited company, did however, provide a platform for us to develop the right knowledge and skills to ensure that the contractors that we engage with for the purposes of Resourcing via Outsourcing Services have the required technical, health and safety and legislative skills in order for them to be a valuable asset to the end clients.
Hence, the company has engaged with various smaller limited companies with two or less employees which we sub-contract to our clients, under our client support solutions. Our client support solutions are based on outsourcing small limited companies with two or less decision making directors, who are however, specialists in their fields and are designed to provide the best business outcomes for our end clients in a collaborative and innovative approach.
